Hotel Policies

Our Hotel Policies are designed to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for all guests. These include guidelines on check-in and check-out times, room usage, safety regulations, visitor rules, and the proper use of hotel facilities. We kindly request all guests to follow these policies to maintain a comfortable, secure, and respectful environment throughout their stay.

Hotel Policies

  • Early Arrival & Departures:Check-In Time 2:00PM / Check-out Time 12 NOON.

Early Check-In / Check-out Extra Tariffs –Up to 3hrs 30% of room tariff will added to bill. Post hours 100% tariffs added to bill.

  • ID Requirements:A valid gov’t issued id with address proof is required upon check-in, Indian Pan Card Not Accepted. Foreign Visitors Need to submit valid visa document & passport.
  • Cancellation Policy:If Booking Cancelled 5 days prior to Check-In date 80% Room Charge will be refunded & 20% Retained for room retention. Refundable amount will be transferred to source of Ac within 10 bank working days from Check-In date.
  • Age Policy:Hotel allows a child up to 6 years of age to stay free using extending bedding 6-10 yrs. 50% room tariff applicable.
  • Pet Policy:Pets Not Allowed.
  • Last minutes Modification / Cancellations Not Allowed.

In case of any natural disaster, pandemic advance payment would not be refunded. In spite we can extend the booking to postpone the date to a period of maximum within one month from the previous Check-In date.

  • Dining:Multi choices of Menu available at Restaurant with Room service.

Private Bonfire with mild music will be arranged to chargeable basis – (Pre-Booking Compulsory).

[Strictly no liquors & food served to bonfire or public area of the premises] And at present we don’t plan or any other event since our recreation zone is under construction.

  • Liquor Policy:Outside liquors not allowed. If customer taking from outside liquors, we will charge 20% of on our menu price.
  • Smoking Policy:Smoking & Lighting candles not permitted inside room, Guest requested to utilize smoking zone. We request guest to follow our no smoking rules, as there is 2000NPR fee will be charging in case of violating rules.
  • Visitors Policy:Visitors allowed meeting guest at lobby, Visitors not allowed to meet inside the guest room.
  • Extra Bed:1500NPR (Exclusive Breakfast)
  • Laundry:Washing & Pressing available for details contact reception.
  • Payment Gateway:Online, QR, Domestic Debit & Credit Cards, Cash Accepted, Cheque will be accepted with prior clearing before Check-In.
  • Guest Access Facilities:Multi cuisine restaurant, Spa, Gym, Dancing Floor, Bar, Indoor games, complementary Wi-Fi (Subject to availability), Customized & Spacious Conference Hall, Meeting Hall, Banquet Hall, Travel Desk, and hill view elevated lobby, and outdoor Shuttle court (Under Construction), Carom adds to our glory.
